These terms apply to work ordered directly (invoiced by the sole trader). Orders placed through Fiverr are governed by Fiverr’s own terms.

The first year of hosting and the domain are included in the price. After that the service continues directly with the provider in 12-month periods until you cancel it. The domain is registered in your name from the start, so you can move it elsewhere if you wish.
The exact scope is agreed per order. The order confirmation is what was agreed — if these terms and the order confirmation conflict, the order confirmation prevails.

Card payment. When you order straight from the pricing table on this site, you pay by card before the work starts. The payment is handled by Stripe and charged in euros, at the amount shown next to the package. Your card details never pass through this site and never reach me.
If you would rather have an invoice, that is fine — say so in your message. For orders placed through Fiverr, Fiverr handles the payment under its own terms.
The advance is not a booking fee but a part payment, credited against the final invoice.

Of the video packages, Basic, Standard and Premium are delivered in seven days; the Signature Pack in ten, because it is six units.
The delivery time starts when I have received all the material needed — not when the order is placed. I cannot start work for which there is no content.
Photos and logo with the order. Without them the site is built with generic imagery, and changing the look afterwards is billed as new work, not the included revision round.
Copy is written by me. You tell me what your business does; the wording is my work.
The client is responsible for having the rights to any material they provide. If the rights are unclear, the material is not used.
Unlimited edits for 14 days from delivery: wording, timing, colour grade and music. These are edits to the finished video, so they are free of charge.
Re-generation is a different thing. Changing the content of a scene, the look of the product or the camera angle requires new footage to be generated. That is paid, and the price is always given before any work starts.
One revision round is included. A round means a single collected list of changes, worked through in one pass.

Separate work is EUR 85/hour. If a request is unclear, it is agreed before the work begins.
14-day bug-fix warranty from delivery. During that period anything that does not work as agreed is fixed free of charge.
The warranty covers the code, not the server. If the site is down because the server is down, that is not a warranty case.
The warranty does not cover new requests, changes made by the client themselves, or later changes to browsers or platforms.
The equivalent for video is in section 6: unlimited edits for 14 days from delivery.
If you are a consumer (a private individual, not a business), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it.
Work begins only at your request. If you ask me to begin before the 14-day period ends, you confirm that you want the work to start immediately and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Paying by card is that request. When you order and pay by card, you are expressly asking me to begin the work immediately rather than wait for the 14-day period to end. If you withdraw before the service has been fully performed, I will charge a reasonable amount for the work done up to that point and refund the rest.
The standard withdrawal instructions and withdrawal form (annexes 1 and 2 below) are supplied with the order confirmation. They follow Finnish Ministry of Justice Decree 110/2014.
This section does not apply to business customers.
The client owns their site — its content, design, copy and files. It is plain HTML/CSS/JS and can be moved to any host. No vendor lock-in.
Exception: I retain the right to reusable components and techniques (for example scroll mechanics and transitions). These are not client content but my tools.
You receive unlimited, perpetual usage rights to the finished video. You may publish, edit and use it on any channel, with no time limit and no further payment. The licence does not expire.
Permission is asked separately and the default is no. Without an answer the work is not used as a sample.
All videos carry the official EU circular “AI” marking, visible on screen from the first frame to the last. It is part of the product and is not removed. The basis is EU AI Act Article 50(4) and New York GBL §396-b.
Platform- and country-specific additional disclosure requirements are the client’s responsibility where the video is used. If AI-generated images are used on a website, this is disclosed in advance.
I am responsible for the work matching what was agreed. My maximum liability is the price paid for that order.
I am not liable for indirect loss such as lost sales or profit, for the operation of the hosting service, for changes made by the client themselves, for the rights to material provided by the client, or for third-party services.
If delivery is delayed for a reason on my side, I will say so immediately and we agree a new date. If the delay is unreasonable, the client may cancel and any advance is refunded — excluding costs already paid on the client’s behalf, such as a domain name.
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are first addressed by discussion.
A consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board or contact Consumer Advisory Services.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
